Senior Microscopist
. BS/MS or PhD in a technical discipline.
. Minimum of 5 years or more using microscopy in the food industry.
. Direct experience in light microscopy, confocal microscopy, scanning
electron microscopy (SEM), and/or transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
. Familiar with sample preparation (including staining) techniques for
food and biological samples for use in microscopic investigations.
. Previous experience with FTIR and FT-Raman, and subsequent
interpretation of IR and Raman spectra a plus.
